Geralt

Geralt of Rivia is a monster slayer who fights for rewards. In this episode, he defeats an insectoid monster called , which lives in swamps and underground. Geralt is seen taking a potion to increase his strength and speed. He then enters the town of Blaviken, where he encounters hostile townspeople and a cunning mage.

Ciri

Ciri's royal world is turned upside down when sets its sights on Cintra.

Geralt is offered a large reward to kill , who is said to be a threat to humanity. Geralt initially declines, but he and develop a connection and share personal stories. However, threatens a young girl and Geralt kills her. Before she dies, tells Geralt that the girl in the woods is his destiny.
